You submit the case
Send the prescription with scans or impressions. If getting the patient scanned is the hard part, Mobile Dental Imaging can capture it at their location instead of yours.
A dentist reviews and directs the plan
Every case is reviewed by a licensed dentist, who sets the treatment plan before anything is manufactured.
Aligners are made and delivered
Your patient receives the full set built to the approved plan. Retainers are available separately at the end of treatment.

Who plans the treatment?
A licensed dentist reviews and directs every case. The plan is set before anything is manufactured.
How do I submit a case?
Through the provider portal, with the prescription and either scans or impressions for the patient.
How does the patient get scanned?
In your practice, or through Mobile Dental Imaging, which travels to the patient and scans them there.
How long does a case take?
Most treatments run four to twelve months, with aligners worn 20 to 22 hours a day. The exact length depends on the case and is set by the treating dentist.
Where do I track a case once it is submitted?
In the provider portal. Cases, orders, appointments and billing all sit in the same account.
What does the patient receive?
The full set of aligners for their plan. Retainers are available separately at the end of treatment.
